OSUN PRINCIPAL LEAVES HOSPITAL, DENIES REMOVING PUPIL’S HIJAB

Gone are the days when the teacher’s cane was the beginning of wisdom for children who needed more training. The Principal of Baptist High School, Ejigbo, Osun State, Mr. Layi Oguntola, will not forget so soon after he was beaten up by some Muslim youths in his office on Monday for allegedly sending away a hijab-wearing pupil, has been discharged from the hospital. But the facts remains, whether he did remove the hijab or not, was there any cause to the effect of gang-beating a principal?
Meanwhile, Speaker of the Osun State House of Assembly, Mr. Najeem Salaam, has condemned the attack on the principal.
